General Questions:

What services do you provide?

We offer professional bartending services, including setup, service, and cleanup. All licenses, insurance., and state certified bartenders. 

Do you provide the alcohol?

Short answer is, no we operate as a dry hire, meaning we provide the bartending service and all necessities but no alcohol. However, we will help guide you on how much alcohol to purchase. But with certain permits and licenses we definitely can!  

Do you provide bartending services for cash bar events?

Yes! We can provide all alcohol and bartending/bar services for a cash bar event with the right applications and one day permits. Contact us for more information. 

What is the difference between a cash bar event vs. a dry hire event?

  • Dry Hire Event: The host provides the alcohol, giving you full control over your selection and budget, while Muddle Me Bartenders handles the professional service, setup, and cleanup to ensure a great experience.
  • Cash Bar Event: Guests purchase their drinks directly from Muddle Me Bartenders, just like at a traditional bar. Muddle Me will apply and register for a 1 day license to have the right to sale alcohol to your guests. Contact us for further information. 

What types of events do you cater to?

We cater to weddings, corporate functions, private parties, holiday celebrations, birthdays, life celebrations and more. The possibilities are endless. 

Do you provide bar setups or equipment?

Yes, we provide all necessary bar tools, mobile bars, and equipment for a seamless experience. Custom mobile bar setups may also be available upon request. 

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to provide services in WV, KY, VA, OH, and NC. 


Pricing and Booking

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies based on the travel, guest count, and additional services you choose. Contact us for a complimentary quote! 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. Payments can be made over time!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, as our calendar fills quickly, especially during peak seasons. So secure your date quickly! 


Event-Specific Questions

Can you create a custom cocktail menu?

Absolutely! We love working with clients to create signature cocktails tailored to your event. We love new, fun, and exciting drinks! 

How many bartenders will I need for my event?

This depends on the number of guests. As a general rule, we recommend one bartender for every 80 guests for standard service but we will adjust to any party size or menu options!

Do you offer non-alcoholic drink options?

Yes, we can provide mocktails, juice bars, soda service and other non-alcoholic options to suit your event needs.


Setup and Logistics

What do you need from the venue?

We’ll need access to a designated bar area, a mobile bar space (if needed) and electricity outlet for lighting, refrigeration (if required), and a water source! 

How early do you arrive to set up?

We typically arrive 1-2 hours before the event to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service. 

What happens if the event runs longer than planned?

We can accommodate a longer service time if needed, subject to availability and additional charges. An invoice will be sent for any additional time. 


Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 30 days of event will be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to your contract for full details. Deposit is non refundable. 

Do you refuse service to guests?

For safety and legal reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage. We adhere to all ABC laws and regulations. 

Can you accommodate special requests, like themed events?

Absolutely! We’re happy to tailor our services to fit the theme or style of your event.
